The Company supports the employees by providing the necessary resources to implement an effective safety and health program and provides training opportunities.
Management
AMI Mechanical provides each project with a Project Team Executive, Project Manager, Project Engineer and a General Superintendent, all of whom are selected based on their experience and relationship with the client. The team will have complete access to systems needed to perform and manage the project and will have complete on-site decision making responsibility.
Each project will be coordinated through the use of BIM and be Commissioned with qualified staff. During the intitial phase of a project an assessment of Risk, Safety and Quality Control is evaluated by all team members.
