AMI Mechanical, Inc. looks to create value to optimize project objectives. The Company will use a value engineering approach to analyze cost optimization reviewing all options. Innovative ideas are encouraged from all team project members. Value engineering ideas are tracked on a trend log. Since the trend log is part of the design process from the initial phase, design progress is not disrupted. From the start of the design there are four key concepts AMI considers and tracks throughout the process. They are: Value Engineering, Cost Optimization, Life Cycle Analysis, and Constructability.
