Manuel Gonzales, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Manuel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations and activities. Under his leadership the company has grown to over 400 employees and three business units.
Paula Wiley, Cofounder
As Cofounder, Paula’s primary focus is on business activities surrounding Finance and Operations. She also serves as the Corporate Secretary and Treasurer.
AMI Mechanical Leadership
Matthew J. Veits – LEED AP, Executive Vice President
Matt is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. Before joining AMI Mechanical, Matt was a Regional Manager for a local mechanical contractor.
Shayne Smith, Chief Financial Officer
Shayne brings over 20 years of experience to the leadership team. As CFO, he is responsible for the financial reporting for the company and manages the day to day accounting activities as well as works to continually improve processes and procedures.
Chad Weldon, P.E., Business Development Manager
Chad joined AMI Mechanical as a Sr. Preconstruction Manager in 2008. Now as a member of the leadership team he is responsible for leading the company’s business development, preconstruction and marketing efforts. He oversees client relationships, market research and strategic opportunities.
Valerie MaciasOperations Manager
Valerie has been with AMI Mechanical for over 16 years. She is responsible for contract review, negotiation and execution, financial oversight, reporting and performance of projects.
Mel Pierce, Field Operations Manager
Mel brings over 40 years of experience to the construction industry. He is responsible for directing AMI Mechanical’s field resources, supervising subcontractors, maintaining schedules, expediting materials, ensuring quality workmanship, and selecting construction methods and techniques.
